Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ever UGG Outlet, we want you to love your footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn UGG boots in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
